Refund Policy

The Fetal Therapy Nurse Network (FTNN) reserves the right to cancel or postpone this conference if necessary. In the event of cancellation by FTNN, conference fees will be fully refunded.

The FTNN is not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets, event / dinner tickets, or hotel penalties.

Prior to the conference, registration may be changed, transferred, or canceled upon written request only. For full or partial conference registration fee requests, less a 20% administrative processing fee, cancellations must be received on or before September 22, 2026.

No refunds will be made after September 22, 2026.

Registrants are responsible for canceling their own travel and hotel reservations.

Can't make every session?
All sessions will be recorded and made available to registrants for viewing a few weeks after the conference — so you never have to choose between two breakouts you want.

The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is located approximately 21 miles (35–60 mins) from O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and 9–12 miles (20–40 mins) from Midway International Airport (MDW). We highly recommend traveling in / out of Midway airport if possible.
